About Us

Mike is the founder of In The Mind, bringing over 25 years of marketing experience across brands, agencies, and industry bodies. He’s worked with well-known names like Royal Mail and Epson, O2 and Phillips, and has led strategy and campaigns across a range of sectors, including manufacturing, FMCG, tech, and professional services.

Mike’s approach is grounded in a deep understanding of real customer behaviour, not just data. He’s helped shape international campaigns across all media, built partnerships between brands and suppliers, and championed the role of marketing in driving commercial growth.

A former board member of the IPM and founding member of the Strategic Mailing Partnership, Mike combines strategic thinking, creative insight, and industry expertise in every project.
